So this a real gem of a location in my opinion. It’s simply one of the best waterfalls I’ve seen. As I find with most waterfalls the camera reduces impression of height . I bracketed this one and focus stacked some of the images to get some sharpness in the foreground. Despite falling on my backside which resulted in a great bruise it was well worth it to capture this one!
So I decided to take in some of the sights on the east coast of Scotland. There are some spectacular locations before continuing on the Northwest 500 where I enjoyed fantastic sunshine. Unfortunately the fantastic weather didn’t quite continue into the highlands and certain shots there still elude me as skies were too overcast and dull to get anything I’d be happy with. Still it was a productive trip and I’ll be returning soon. This is of Bow Fiddle Rock at Portknockie to the East of Inverness.
So here’s Emma and Bruce about to cut their wedding cake at the Carding Shed. After getting married in Vegas they threw a fantastic Wedding party for family and friends on their return. A brilliant venue to shoot in with great backdrops everywhere you turned.
So here’s Joanne & Adam on their very special day. A garden party wedding is certainly a fantastic way of doing things. Here they are enjoying themselves dancing away to the fantastic live music from Birds and the Beasts. https://www.facebook.com/birdsandthebeasts/
So here’s Tony & Kate’s at Waterton Park Hotel on their special winter wedding day. The day had it all weather wise and there was even a rainbow and snow during the breakfast. Sunshine was enjoyed by all however for the important parts of the day.
So here is Lauren & Ellis on their spectacular wedding day at Hazelwood Castle. It’s always a joy to shoot childhood sweethearts as their joy and happiness is just so obvious to all for each other.
So here’s one from my recent trip to Wales. I postponed my trip by a day to avoid some rubbish weather but conditions for the week were still to prove challenging at times. Here’s one at South Stack on Anglesey which in my opinion gives Neist Point up in Scotland a good run for its money for the prize of most idyllic lighthouse. It was very windy so much so that spray was being blown in an updraft over me from the sea below!
